Our Online Store gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
We make your return shipping easy: simply send us an email notifying us and we will help set up your return label.
Online purchases made through MANSOURINY.COM are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.
Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Merchandise returned to our store location will be eligible for exchange or store credit towards the next purchase.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Subject to the Terms and Conditions provided, you are entitled to return products if you change your mind about the products within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt.
To Process a return, just follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure the products have not been used, worn, washed altered or damaged and that they have the identification tag with the disposable seal still attached.
2. Returned items must be accompanied with Return Form and the original receipt, which was included in the package sent to you.
3. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your reason for exchanging. Our team is here to help you resolve any fit, sizing or style issues and can guide you to a fit that is perfect for you.
4. We will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a shipping label to send back your original item(s).
5. Print the Return Authorization email and include it in the box of your shipment. Customers will have 2 - 3 days to ship the package. After 3 days, the shipping label will be void.
6.Tape your shipping label to the outside of your package and drop off at the nearest UPS location.
*Once we receive your package, We will send you an email confirming acceptance and the original purchase amount that will be refunded to you. Please expect 4-5 business days to process once we receive your original product back at our store location.
Only Mansouri has the right to determine whether products are in their original condition.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of the following products:
1. Sealed products that were opened following delivery, where return of such products is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear and fragrances)
2. Products that are personalized or made to your specifications.
3. Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
4. All sale items are FINAL SALE
All returned products will be checked by Mansouri, within five (5) working days from the time we receive the package. In the case of a denied return our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you. Please note that various payment providers have different processing times for refunds and it may take a number of working days for refunds to be processed back to your original form of payment.
We will not be able to accept returns from different countries.
We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds for purchases made in our Mansouri store via this return process. All purchases made in the Mansouri Store should be returned to our location.

Follow the steps listed below:
Ensure that the products you are returning are in their original condition, with all tags (with disposable seals) and packaging included;
Pack the products in the original order box without sealing the package;
Bring this package to the store along with the delivery document, included in the original package.
Should your item(s) meet our conditions stated above, you will be issued a store credit or exchange.
We cannot accept any items not purchased via Mansouriny.com.
All sale items are final sale.
If a customer requests to cancel an order, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. The customer has 24 hours to notify Mansouri regarding their cancellation. Email us at email@example.com and let us know you would like to cancel your order.
